Order Questions
Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and therefore have set up our system to send all orders through to our fulfillment centers right away. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make changes to your order, including modifying contents and shipping address, once it has been placed. If you’d still like to make a change, we can try our best to cancel your original order and help you reorder instead.
If you'd like to cancel your order, please live chat with our Member Services team within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding!
What do I do if I had a problem with my order?

How long will it take to receive a shipment?
OTHRStore items are shipped directly from our partner stores. Shipping timing varies depending on which store you have ordered from.
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The prepaid subscriptions are non refundable.
