It is a slow-cooked, seductively spiced, velvety fruit butter with a perfect balance of fruity, earthy, sour and sweet with a bit of a spicy kick. Pair it with cheese, charcuterie, grilled pork or chicken. Use as a healthy substitute for butter. Great with red wine or craft beer.
